About This Case

We were approached by a brother and sister who found themselves at odds over the interpretation of their late father's Will. The brother contended that a Supreme Court judgment from an unrelated case should override the provisions of the Will.
After multiple rounds of discussions and careful review, we provided a formal legal opinion clarifying that such judgments only take precedence where the Will is deemed invalid. In this case, the Will was found to be valid and enforceable.
